Marnie Mills has a background in Social Work and has been working in the field of Autism for the past 12 years. Marnie is currently enrolled in the Autism and Behavioural Science Graduate Certificate Program at Seneca College in Toronto, Ontario. She spent 6 years working directly in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis working for a private service provider in Toronto. Marnie started as an Instructor Therapist quickly moving into the role of a Senior Therapist. For the last 2.5 years she was promoted to Assistant Director where she was responsible for supervising, evaluating, and supporting 35 staff. Marnie also has 3 years of experience working in a group home setting with children and teenagers diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and 3 years as a vocational consultant for adults with High Functioning Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome.
